Prefabricated underfloor heating manifolds and mixing units in cabinets

For an easy installation, order the Thermotech underfloor heating manifold 2-12 loops fully assembled in a cabinet. The mixing unit TMix XS can also be ordered prefabricated in a cabinet, either manual with any control equipment or with a 350W electric cartridge and switching package for summer/winter operation. It is intended for small areas, such as bathrooms and hallways, up to 16 square meters.

Mixing unit TMix XS in cabinet

All cabinets are made of white lacquered sheet metal, have leakage indication and a robust and stable construction. The cabinet is adapted for 95 mm wall rule and is available in two heights – 550 and 710 mm. Pipes are possible to pull through the bottom, at the side and from above. The cabinet's pipe penetrations can be easily adapted to different pipe dimensions. Front with frame is ordered separately.

Underfloor heating manifold in cabinet

The underfloor heating manifold in cabinet is available in sizes 2-12 loops. The outputs are displaced to provide more space and have a c/c dimensions of 50 mm for easy assembly against the Thermotech mixing unit TMix M.

The manifold is supplied with 17 mm clampring couplings for underfloor heating pipes and angled ball valves. These can be replaced when ordering. Integrated supply and return valves enable regulation of each loop separately.

Regulation is ordered separately. The low cabinet (height 550 mm) accommodates base unit EC2 (up to 2 wired thermostats) or base unit ICR1 (1 wireless thermostat).

Integral in cabinet

Integral in cabinet is suitable for areas up to 200 m² in new production, renovation or extension where a compact assembly is desired and the facility has radiators on other surfaces. It can be used on both 1- and 2-pipe systems.

Mixing unit TMix XS in cabinet

Mixing unit TMix XS in cabinet is a compact mixing unit designed for floor areas up to 12 sqm (29W/sqm) such as bathrooms and halls. The mixing unit can be ordered with or without a 350W electric cartridge. It can be used on both 1- and 2-pipe systems. All outputs are connected from below via holes in the cabinet.

If the shunt is ordered with a 350W electric cartridge and a wireless room thermostat with summer and winter switching, it maintains a comfortable floor temperature of approx. 25°C (± 1.5°C) during parts of the year when the regular heating source is switched off. The electric cartridge is intended for floor surfaces with tiles.
