Åhus Seaside

In scenic Åhus, right next to Hotel Åhus Seaside, a residential building with nine condominiums has been built right by the sea. All apartments have a large balcony with a breathtaking sea view. The apartment building is built in three floors and a fourth recessed attic floor. There will be three condominiums on each floor, from 98 - 101 m2 in size.

The fourth recessed top floor will contain a conference floor that will be owned and operated by hotel Åhus Seaside. The residential right holders can use the service and facilities of the hotel according to their wishes. This could be, for example, that the hotel is helpful in renting out the condominiums during parts of the year when the condominium owner spends his time elsewhere. It can also be to use the cleaning service or other services from the hotel.
