About the project
In collaboration with Cityfastigheter, Rekab Entreprenad builds condominiums on Kvarnvägen in Umeå. The houses are beautifully situated by the Umeälven and have a view towards the river and towards central Umeå. The center is within walking distance. The 87 apartments, with one to four rooms and a kitchen, are located in two buildings with eleven residential floors. In stage two, a further 86 apartments will be built.
